Sales Representative (Full-time; Permanent)
Sales professional with at least two years successful sales experience to promote Internet services to residences and businesses within Central PA service area. Must be Internet savvy, able to work independently and have reliable transportation. Knowledge of wireless & networking technologies a bonus. Excellent compensation & growth potential.
Sales Representatives (Temporary)
Sell high-speed Internet service to PSU students during fall move-in. Staff tables and canvass student housing complexes throughout downtown area. Paid training. Excellent compensation – up to $300/day! Must be outgoing, friendly, articulate, and self-motivated.
Network Technicians (Temporary)
Install Internet access equipment, set up new accounts, and answer technical questions during fall PSU student move-in period. Requires knowledge of PC hardware/software and networking. Paid training. Hourly wage, plus incentives. Potential for long-term employment.
WISP Network Installer/Repairperson
- Installation and maintenance of WISP network elements, including inside CAT5 wire, roof mounted reflectors and Subscriber Modules.
- Cable damage location, assessment and repair.
Must configure subscriber's computer equipment including routers, NIC, Motorola Canopy gear and Proxim devices with proper DHCP, DNS, DMZ, and other IP related settings. Responsible for troubleshooting all IP-related settings from on-site and remote locations. Must know CAT5 Ethernet color codes and be able to correctly terminate CAT5 Ethernet cables without reference to color charts.

Additional Requirements for Installer / Trainee:
Each position requires a well-rounded technically skilled individual. Issues faced range from PC/NIC repair to routing and programming; many different skill levels and abilities are required.
The employee is responsible for providing efficient and pleasing service to customers by conveying and maintaining a professional attitude on all customer contacts. Employee must handle all customer contacts in a courteous and considerate manner.
The employee will be required to:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Carry and deploy 25-foot extension ladders
- Work off of all heights of a 25-foot extension ladder
- Be comfortable climbing up to and working on second story roofs
- Principles, practices, hardware and software related to the establishment and maintenance of LAN's and WAN's
- Techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users
This job requires extensive roof work in all weather situations. Almost every installation involves roof-mounted reflectors and subscriber modules. Installers are expected to run CAT5 in an aesthetically pleasing and concealed manner. At times, the CAT5 may be in or need to be installed in a crawl space or other confined area.
Required Education and/or Experience:

- Hand Tool Aptitude
- Ethernet CAT5 termination experience
- Driver's License with a clean record
